Primusbräu: Klagenfurt's new beer highlight from the Brewery Track

In the picturesque backdrop of Klagenfurt, not far from Lake Wörthersee, the Schlepp Brewery presented a new beer that should not only inspire lovers of regional specialties. The Primusbräu, a creative brewing creation, combines traditional craft with the best regional ingredients, whereby the water from the source directly in St. Primus plays a central role.

Around 60 employees bring their passion into the brewery, which is known for their variety of beer specialties. To brew the Primusbräu, the brewery invested in a new filter system. This significant investment not only signals the quality of the brow, but also the strengthening of the Klagenfurt location. "As a specialty brewery, Schleppe is an important part of the region and a valuable partner for gastronomy," said regional sales director Werner Kresse. The brewery is also known for the implementation of numerous events in your event hall, which is further strengthening its role in the regional community.

unique taste and quality

The Primusbräu is characterized by its light yellow color and a flower -white foam crown. According to Brauer Matthias Matschek, the beer presents itself as a tasty, sub -fermented full beer with an alcohol content of 5.3 percent. Its balanced grain aromas and mild hop bitterness create a harmonious taste experience. The use of the Austrian hop varieties Aurora and tradition ensures slight citrus and orange aromas, which are, however, not too dominant. This beer invites you to be enjoyed in a convivial atmosphere.

The Primusbräu is not only a pleasure for beer lovers, but also an ideal companion to strong Carinthian home cooking. Courts such as kasdoselns, roast dishes and the traditional Carinthian Brettljause are particularly recommended. Ideally, the beer should be served at 7 to 9 degrees Celsius in a drag dayton.

The presentation of the new special beer took place in the event hall of the brewery, where local restaurateurs were invited to a first tasting. The positive response of the restaurateurs confirms the high quality of the Primusbräu and strengthens the cooperation between the brewery and regional gastronomy. The investment in the new filter system, which will enable many other beer specialties in the future, also received special attention.
