In Koblach, near Bregenz, the Churrascaria Brasileiro has been open its doors since June 2024 and delights guests with an authentic Brazilian barbecue tradition. Marcelo and his wife serve up to ten different types of meat straight from the spit, including specialties such as picanha and lamb. Loud VOL.AT They consume around 320 kilograms of meat every week, most of which is sourced regionally. The concept has established itself as unique in the area, as Koblach is almost unrivaled within a 200 kilometer radius. The buffet also offers vegetarian options to suit all guests.
Special events and community experience
The tradition of churrasco, which is more than just food, was largely influenced by Aline de Lima Silva. The Brazilian organized events from 2022 that made grilling accessible to a wider public. In the future, special events will take place in Brasileiro, such as a planned barbecue festival for Easter, during which grilling will be done with charcoal, as is customary in Brazil. The opening of Brasiliero represents the realization of a lifelong dream for the operators Juen Adrieli and Marcelo Weber, who previously worked as caterers. Despite the demanding preparations, guests are already enjoying the offerings, which, in addition to the grill specialties, also include an extensive drinks menu with Brazilian beers and various caipirinhas.
