On May 1, 2025, an exclusive VIP event took place in the Paul & Anna restaurant, which marked the start of this year's spring enjoyment week. Around 200 guests from art, culture and gastronomy gathered to celebrate the culinary highlight. The event began at 3 p.m. with a reception and a sparkling aperitivo from Mionetto, followed by an exquisite flying buffet featuring the best spring dishes.
The Spring Gourmet Week runs until May 11, 2025 and extends to more than 70 selected restaurants in Vienna and the surrounding area. Under the motto “Wine & Water”, the focus is on seasonal ingredients and creative menus. The participating restaurants offer their guests an exclusive selection of dishes that reflect the transition feeling from heavy winter fare to light spring cuisine.
