In the Egon Schiele Museum in Tulln an der Donau the special exhibition “Egon Schiele. Me!” for great attention. Curator Christian Bauer invited visitors to discover Schiele's development from his early years until his death in 1918. In addition to self-portraits and other important works of art, the simultaneous special exhibition "Anton Peschka. Friend, brother-in-law, artist and collector" will also be shown, which deals with Peschka's influence on Schiele and presents his works. The museum's season runs until November 2, 2025. "Hardly anyone was as close to Egon Schiele as Anton Peschka," explained Bauer about the selection of the exhibits.
