New employee house in Ringsheim: Europa-Park relies on sustainability
The Europa-Park has taken another step towards modern and sustainable company development with the topping-out ceremony of its new employee home. This event took place in Ringsheim last Wednesday and marks significant progress in the efforts of the park to offer its employees comfortable and affordable housing opportunities. The new building will offer space for 99 employees and is in the immediate vicinity of the Europa-Park and the Rulantica Water World.
"We have over 5000 employees from more than 100 nations in the Europa-Park," explains Frederik Mack, partner and HR director of the company. "It is important to us to promote good cooperation both in the workplace and in the employee apartments. Ringsheim offers us ideal conditions for this, with an excellent connection to bus and train."
Together for a better living situation
The development of the new residential building is part of the comprehensive strategy of the European park to improve the social and professional well-being of its employees. Ann-Kathrin Mack, partner and responsible for Mack Solutions, emphasizes that the building is not only modern, but also includes environmentally friendly aspects such as a photovoltaic system on the roof. "Thanks to the cooperation with the municipality of Ringsheim, we are able to take this important step," continued Mack.
Mayor Pascal Weber from Ringsheim underlines the cooperation that is advantageous for both sides: "The Europa-Park has become an important employer and taxpayer for our community. We are happy to support the company in creating employee accommodation. It is important to have a reliable partner like the Europa-Park at our side."
With this initiative, the Europa-Park underpins its role as an attractive employer in the region and shows that it is serious to create a supportive environment in which professional growth and personal satisfaction go hand in hand.
