New employee housing in Ringsheim: Europa-Park focuses on sustainability

With the topping-out ceremony of its new employee residence, Europa-Park has taken a further step towards modern and sustainable corporate development. This event took place last Wednesday in Ringsheim and marks a significant step forward in the park's efforts to provide its employees with comfortable and affordable housing options. The new building will offer space for 99 employees and is in close proximity to Europa-Park and the Rulantica water world.

“We have over 5,000 employees from more than 100 nations at Europa-Park,” explains Frederik Mack, shareholder and HR director of the company. "It is important to us to promote good cooperation both at the workplace and in the employee apartments. Ringsheim offers us ideal conditions for this, with excellent bus and train connections."

Together for a better living situation

The development of the new residential building is part of Europa-Park's comprehensive strategy to improve the social and professional well-being of its employees. Ann-Kathrin Mack, partner and responsible for MACK Solutions, emphasizes that the building is not only modern, but also includes environmentally friendly aspects such as a photovoltaic system on the roof. “Thanks to the collaboration with the municipality of Ringsheim, we are able to take this important step,” continued Mack.

Mayor Pascal Weber of Ringsheim underlines the mutually beneficial cooperation: "Europa-Park has become an important employer and taxpayer for our community. We are happy to support the company in creating employee accommodation. It is important to have a reliable partner like Europa-Park at our side."

With this initiative, Europa-Park underlines its role as an attractive employer in the region and shows that it is serious about creating a supportive environment in which professional growth and personal satisfaction go hand in hand.
