Long-time employees at Eisenstadt Hospital honored for their years of commitment
At the Eisenstadt Hospital, 63 long-standing employees were recently honored for their loyalty and commitment. In his speech, AK President Gerhard Michalitsch emphasized the special challenges in health professions. "Working with people is work with meaning, but also hard work. Stress, psychological strain and a high level of responsibility characterize the employees' everyday lives," says Michalitsch.
Employees were recognized for 20, 25, 30, 35 and even 40 years of service. A total of 63 employees received the award: 16 for 20 years, 15 for 25 years, 14 for 30 years, 6 for 35 years and 12 for 40 years.
The honor underlines the importance of long-standing commitment and loyalty in the healthcare sector. It shows appreciation for the consistent work of these employees and their important role in patient care.
