Young talents honored: Burgenland's best apprentices honored
The Burgenland Chamber of Commerce recently honored the region's outstanding young talents in Eisenstadt. At a celebratory ceremony, a total of 76 apprentices were honored for their first-class achievements during their years of training. This event, which had the motto “Young Stars of Industry”, honored both the talented apprentices and the 20 training companies that made a significant contribution to their development.
Christoph Blum, chairman of the industry division, emphasized the importance of the award in his speech. He emphasized that such events not only celebrate the individual success of the apprentices, but also show appreciation for the efforts of the training companies. "When I look at these apprentices, I don't worry about the future. Our companies need exactly such employees: young, committed skilled workers with brains and interest," he explained.
Outstanding achievements recognized
Among the young talents honored were Jan Stiegler Posch and Laura Szauer from ALU-SOMMER GmbH as well as Erik Herzog and Lisa Grain from Vossen GmbH & Co.KG. These four apprentices are a shining example of the high quality of training in the region. Their impressive achievements and commitment to their training were not only recognized with this award, but also illustrate the opportunities available to young people in Burgenland's industry.
The event offers a platform to give young professionals a stage and put them in the spotlight. This not only strengthens their self-confidence, but also promotes the public image of dual training, which is very important in Austria.
Apprentices like those mentioned not only contribute to the efficiency and innovation of companies, but are also significantly involved in their future. The award is a signal that the Chamber of Commerce values the achievements of the next generation of skilled workers and wants to continue to support them.
The event was organized by the Burgenland Chamber of Commerce and was very well received by those present. Parents, trainers and company representatives celebrated the apprentices' successes together, creating a positive atmosphere of togetherness and recognition.
For everyone involved, the award is not only a sign of appreciation, but also an incentive to continue to give their best and develop further in the industry. More information can be found in a detailed report on www.bvz.at.
