Blues explosion in Sindelfingen: top performers at the festival in the pavilion!

A small musical highlight is just around the corner, as IG Kultur Sindelfingen is celebrating the second edition of its blues festival. After last year's success, the organizers, Pit Bäuerle and Hilmar Kallweit, want to bring some exciting acts to Sindelfingen again this year. From this Friday, October 11th, the pavilion at Calwer Bogen will become a stage for real blues and rock greats. It seems like the region's cultural scene is looking for some solid enrichment, and IG Kultur is hitting the mark.

The festival begins with Armin Sabol, a talented guitarist who has touched many facets of the music scene. He became known for his participation in the iconic NDW hit “Major Tom” by Peter Schilling. But that's not all: Sabol has worked with stars like Eric Burdon and the Fantastischen Vier and even produced music for international formats like “The Mentalist” and “The Purge”. his appearance promises to offer visitors an impressive start to the festival.

A proven companion on the blues path

The following evening, Saturday, the band Blueskraft from Reutlingen will be on stage. This group has an impressive history and has served as a backing band for numerous music greats since 1980. Particularly noteworthy is her collaboration with the legendary blues figure Louisiana Red as well as with the Spencer Davis Group and Eric Burdon. The band has made a name for itself over the years and brings a repertoire that keeps the roots of the blues alive.

The crowning finale of the festival will be the Fast Eddy’s Blue Band on Sunday. This formation not only combines elements of blues, but also influences from rock, soul and funk, which makes their music particularly dynamic and complex. The performance is a must for all blues fans who want to end the weekend in style. Rumor has it that an enthusiastic audience is almost guaranteed, not least because of the high quality music that visitors can expect.

It is important to mention that the concert with Layla Zoe from Canada planned for Saturday had to be canceled due to illness. This might be disappointing for some fans, but the variety of other acts certainly provides enough balance and entertainment throughout the festival. All events start at 8pm and it is advisable to arrive early to secure the best seats.

Tickets for the festival can be purchased at a price between 16 and 18 euros, both at i- Punkt Sindelfingen and via the Reservix platform or onlinewww.igkultur.de. It's a great opportunity to experience live music and get to know some of Germany's cultural diversity. Whether alone, with friends or family – this festival is sure to be an unforgettable experience for everyone involved.
