Jeep stolen from the vehicle dealer in Bergisch Gladbach – who are the perpetrators?
Bergisch Gladbach (ots)– Alarm in Paffrath! On the night of Thursday, October 24th, brazen thieves struck at a vehicle dealership and stole a white Jeep Grand Cherokee, which was parked in the company parking lot and was worth a mid-five-figure amount. What a dirty scam!
At 2:30 a.m. the perpetrators set course for the area in a dark-colored station wagon, possibly from Peugeot. With criminal sophistication, they managed to crack and start the unlicensed vehicle before silently maneuvering it from the parking space. They crashed into a Porsche parked next to it and left unsightly damage to the paintwork. At 3:00 a.m. they disappeared into the darkness towards Schildgen with their loot, the stolen jeep.
The perpetrators in sight!
The police were informed immediately and reacted quickly. Two reports of vehicle theft and hit-and-run have been filed, and the search for the stolen vehicle is already underway. Particularly striking: two of the gangsters wore dark clothing and masks, while the third wore a blue jacket and a green cap. Anyone who has seen anything should immediately contact the Criminal Investigation Department 3 on 02202 205-0!
