A rapacious stranger caused a stir in Bochum city center on Monday afternoon, November 4th! At 4:20 p.m., a 51-year-old woman and her 32-year-old companion were walking on the renowned Schmidtstrasse when the perpetrator attacked out of nowhere. Is there really no security here anymore? In a brutal maneuver, the man pushed his unsuspecting victim, who fell to the ground and lost her handbag!
With shocking audacity, the thieving criminal grabbed the handbag that contained cash and ran off towards Rottstrasse! Fortunately, the woman was uninjured, but the shock is deep. The perpetrator is described as male, slim and between 20 and 30 years old, with a height of around 165 to 175 cm. He wore dark clothing and had his face covered with a black scarf - a shadow in the dark city!
