A shock for drivers in Wietmarschen! On the night of Friday to Saturday, brazen crooks took action to wreak havoc in a parking lot on North-South Street. Between 8:40 p.m. and 11:10 p.m. they broke the windows of a parked Skoda and stole two wallets - with a total value of over 1,200 euros!
The police are urgently looking for witnesses who were able to observe something during this criminal attack. The perpetrators remain unknown, but the crime has caused a storm of indignation among local residents. Anyone who knows anything is urged to urgently contact the police in Nordhorn on 05921/3090.
A brazen attack
What a scandal! While the perpetrator struck in the darkness, they were undeterred by the presence of other visitors to the parking lot. Two brazen thieves not only risk their own safety, but also leave behind great financial damage. Those affected now face the challenge of replacing their stolen valuables and recovering from this blatant incident.
