A possible health risk that could trigger allergic reactions was reported by several media outlets, including 5 Minutes, which drew attention to the situation and appealed to consumers to stop using the cream.

Alternatively, Lornamead offers to request a replacement for the contaminated cream via email to verbraucherservice@lornamead.de. It is expressly emphasized that the health and safety of consumers is the top priority and the manufacturer is taking all measures to ensure that such incidents are not repeated.
