A normal St. Nicholas Day morning turned into a nightmare scenario for a family in Bavaria: A police raid that appeared out of nowhere! The reason? A TikTok post from a 14-year-old that took the internet by storm, but resulted in massive consequences for him and his family.
The young TikToker, operator of the channel “deutscher.patriot1161”, posted the hashtag “Everything for Germany” twice. This sentence not only caused a sensation, but also brought the Bavarian criminal police to the teenager's house early in the morning Apollo News reported. The suspicion: Is the young person committing a crime under Section 86a of the Criminal Code by using the symbols of unconstitutional organizations?

No prisoners were taken: The officers searched the two brothers' rooms thoroughly and took personal documents, telephone numbers and even the older brother's cell phone as "tools of crime." The law enforcement officers left no corner of the house unchecked while the family watched in uncertainty. “I didn’t know it was forbidden!” the accused teenager told the officers.
Confusion sets in when the young person asserts that he did not know the historical significance of this phrase. The public prosecutor, however, disagreed and emphasized the proportionality of the measure given the “seriousness of the crime” in the search warrant. His older brother was also the focus of the investigation, although he was not mentioned in the decision.
