Esaote presents breakthrough imaging innovations at ECR 2025

At the European Congress of Radiology (ECR) in Vienna, starting on February 26th and running until March 2nd, Esaote Group, a leading Italian innovator in the field of medical imaging, will present innovative technologies designed to shape the future of diagnostics. Particular attention was paid to the new “cloud-native” PACS called SUITESTENSA ZefiRO, which provides physicians with a simple, efficient and system-independent way to view medical images to improve diagnosis and treatment management. This groundbreaking technology, based on 25 years of experience in enterprise imaging, enables rapid access to various clinical applications, optimizing reporting and workflow, such as www.ots.at reported.

In addition to SUITESTENSA ZefiRO, Esaote introduced a new AI platform called “e-SPADES” that can reduce the overall examination time of MRIs by up to 60% compared to traditional methods. This innovative technology, developed in collaboration with Amsterdam University Medical Center and AIRS Medical, provides superior image quality, enabling clinicians to make more precise decisions. In the field of ultrasound, the new MyLab™C series impresses, combining wearable technology with outstanding performance - including a touch keyboard and a trackpad with gesture control. These systems are equipped with AI technology “Augmented Insight”, which supports radiologists in minimally invasive procedures and improves the reliability of results, such as esaote.com reported.

The ECR therefore represents an important framework in which Esaote presents its latest developments aimed at improving diagnostic accuracy and patient care. CEO Franco Fontana emphasizes the company's focus on research and development to further optimize the integrated IT platforms and advance the use of AI in medical imaging. With over 1,300 employees worldwide, half of them in Italy, Esaote remains a key player in over 100 countries, offering innovative solutions to support healthcare professionals.
