Vienna – The Chinese automobile manufacturer BYD is celebrating spectacular success in Austria. In the first two months of 2025, BYD was able to almost triple its sales figures compared to the previous year with 926 new registrations. With 650 units sold, the SEALION 7 has established itself as a bestseller in the battery-electric vehicle segment. The plug-in hybrid SEAL U DM-i is also very popular.
