Mainz (ots)– Watch out, sports fans! An exciting program change at ZDF is coming! From the 49th week of the year, the TV evening will get really hot with an exciting DFB Cup game between 1. FC Köln and Hertha BSC at 5:45 p.m. The broadcast from Cologne begins in the first half, commented by Martin Schneider. Then the weather follows at 6:55 p.m. and the next round is already waiting!
Let's continue with RB Leipzig against Eintracht Frankfurt! The second hit of the evening will be broadcast live from Leipzig from around 8:45 p.m. Martin Schneider will do his best here too. Both duels promise pure thrills, with extra time and penalty shootouts in the air! So be ready for the best football moments of the evening. A must for every football lover!
Program highlights
But that's not all! From 11:30 p.m. there will be an exciting talk with “Markus Lanz” – the perfect way to end the evening in a relaxed manner. If you can stay up late into the night, you shouldn't miss the “Today Journal Update” at 12:45 a.m. For the night owls there are also interesting documentaries about secrets of the GDR on the program. An experience that will make history fans sit up and take notice!
A small downside: The popular formats “Nord Nord Mord – Sievers and Silent Night” as well as the repeats of “auslandsjournal” and “Die Spur” are canceled on this day. So there is an exciting change in the program that creates great expectations. Be prepared, because the ZDF program changes from week 49/24 promise great entertainment!
