Important diversions in Mülheim: stops closed due to construction work!

Mülheim.Red alert for the bus drivers and passengers in Mülheim! Due to urgent road construction work, several stops in Holthausen and Rumbachtal have to be closed for two days. On November 21st and 22nd, the ring bus line 139 and the NE5 express train will be affected by the changes. Bus customers have to be prepared for longer journeys to the replacement stops, as some stops have even been eliminated completely!

The diversions are necessary in order to carry out the construction work at the Holthauser Höfe. The Fünter Weg, Platform 1 and 2 stops will be relocated to the traffic lights on Essener Straße. The Oppspring stop moves to Obere Saarlandstraße, both in front of and behind the traffic lights. But not all stops are lucky enough to just be relocated: Fischenbeck, Danziger Straße and Tilsiter Straße will be eliminated without replacement! A nightmare for commuters and residents!

Stops available again from Saturday

The good news: From Saturday, November 23rd, the usual stops will return! Passengers can breathe a sigh of relief because the diversions are only short-lived.
