A dramatic incident on the A65 motorway in Insheim! There was a traffic accident in the early hours of Sunday morning that attracted the attention of the police. A police vehicle was on duty to protect a vehicle that had broken down when a car behind overlooked the police vehicle and collided with full force. Luckily no one was injured in this terrible collision!
Accident and investigation
The exact circumstances that led to this accident are still unclear. The Landau police station has already started an investigation to find out why the car did not recognize the company vehicle. The highway was busy at the time and the incident could easily have resulted in an even greater tragedy.
