Projectory from Meuselwitz: judgment after spectacular arrest!
Altenburg/Meuselwitz. Theft and driving without a driver's license. After a gripping third day of the trial, the verdict fell: Mannheimer has to go behind grids for three years and three months! The evidence was overwhelming and the tension in the courtroom was tangible.
The accused's arrest was almost like an action film: with an e-scooter without a license plate, he fled the police and was finally placed in a dead end. When arrested, he threw a jar with almost 30 grams of crystal meth into the bushes - a clear indication of his criminal machinations! The police found numerous consumer utensils and illegal firecrackers to search for his apartment. The evidence spoke a clear language.
emotional process starting shows difficult growth
The process took an emotional turn when a psychiatrist reported that Mannheimer grew up in an "emotional lack of milieu". Despite these moving circumstances, the allegations weighed hard. The police had evaluated chat news, which clearly pointed out drug sales. Terms such as "green" and "beer" were part of the code he used to camouflage his illegal business. Judge Peter Osin found that the evidence of drug dealing was overwhelming.
Screenshots of a surveillance videos.
The evidence against Mannheimer could not only be found in the chats. A surveillance video showed him the theft of vanilla pods and contact lenses in a supermarket. The defendant was observed by a private detective when leaving the business, whom he pushed aside. Judge Osin left no doubt that the evidence was clear to all three charges. Mannheimer could be released after two years in prison if he tried to take a therapy place. But the appeal against the judgment is still in space - the story is not yet over!
