A 41-year-old man from Bosnia and Herzegovina turned his car around on the snow-covered road and then drove wrong-way towards the A10-A11 junction. A 65-year-old woman from the Klagenfurt-Land district was traveling in the opposite direction and was unable to avoid the head-on collision. This tragic incident resulted in a total of six injuries, including all four occupants of the wrong-way driver vehicle and two occupants of the correctly driving car, who suffered injuries of an unspecified degree. Medical care for the injured took place in the Villach regional hospital.
