The ice world Scharbeutz has opened its gates and causes enthusiasm! Mayor Bettina Schäfer, together with operator Ulfert Georgs and other prominent guests, cut through the opening volume and thus heralded the new ice skating season. The ice rink in the spa park is not only a highlight for the community, but also a magnet for ice skating fans from the area!

Already on the opening day, over 500 ice skaters stormed the train, which could be used free of charge before the official opening. Among the first visitors was the Shamkschar family from Mölln, who took the opportunity to give their daughters Ida and Jonna an unforgettable surprise. "I'm a little excited," confessed six -year -old Jonna before lacing her ice skates and daring to the ice. The Bavarian Katharina Prühs and her daughters were also on site and enjoyed the opening to the fullest.

The largest ice rink in Schleswig-Holstein

The Scharbeutzer Eiswelt is open until February 16, 2025 and offers two real ice surfaces this year! The smaller area of 450 square meters is covered, while the new, impressive area with 600 square meters ensures even more fun. A 270 meter long circuit connects the two areas and makes the ice world the largest of its kind in Schleswig-Holstein. "We did the train better in many areas," said Talb board member André Rosinski at the opening.

particularly exciting: On December 10, 2024 and January 14, 2025, all residents of Scharbeutz, Sierksdorf and Neustadt are allowed to go to the ice rink free of charge between 1 p.m. and 6 p.m. The opening times are from Monday to Friday from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m., on weekends and during the holidays even from 10 a.m. Admission prices are also attractive: adults pay nine euros, children up to twelve years only seven euros. Sleitschuh rental is available for four euros. The ice world Scharbeutz promises unforgettable moments on the ice!
