In a shocking incident in Erlangen, a 43-year-old man was robbed of his backpack early Saturday morning (November 9th, 2024)! The attack happened around 2:40 a.m. in the Bruck district when the man was walking on the sidewalk on Bayernstrasse towards Leipziger Strasse. Suddenly his legs were pulled away from him by unknown perpetrators - he was pushed to the ground and his backpack, filled with personal documents and cash, was brutally snatched away!

The police were immediately alerted, but despite intensive searches, the perpetrators remained untraceable. The investigators from the Erlangen criminal police are now looking for witnesses who can provide information about this brazen attack. There is currently no description of the fleeing perpetrators, which makes the search more difficult.
