Young researcher inspires holograms: Prize for Jacob Brossette!
Saarburg, Deutschland - The MINT specialist work competition of the Rotary Club Saarburg has caused a sensation again! Pupils from the Konz und Gymnasium Saarburg high school took the opportunity to present their impressive work in the areas of mathematics, computer science, natural sciences and technology. In an exciting jury view, the best young researchers were selected who were now able to present their groundbreaking results in front of an enthusiastic audience.
This year the first prize went to the talented Jacob Brossette from the Saarburg grammar school, born in 2025! The jury blew off its physics work on the holographic surface analysis. With a self -made test apparatus, he managed to record various holograms and use them for surface analyzes. He could even examine surface deformations - a real masterpiece!

No further prices were awarded this year, which makes Jacob's performance all the more remarkable. The past president of the Rotary Club, Axel Horstmann , and the competitive coordinator, Jürgen Kopp , congratulated the young scientist on his success. They also praised the headmaster Andreas Schreiner and the supervising teacher yvonne Graber for their support, which enables the students to create such sound studies. The anticipation for the competition in 2025 is already noticeable!
