Nortorf shines with twilight shopping: magic, music and lantern magic!

Nortorf.On Friday, November 8th, the city will be the venue for the eagerly awaited 22nd Nortorf Twilight Shopping! From 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., the shops in the city center open their doors and invite everyone to shop and enjoy in a festive atmosphere. The motto “Nortorf, the lovely shopping town” comes to life through atmospheric lighting and exciting promotions.

Visitors can look forward to a diverse program! Highlights include a rousing magic show, fascinating fire art and musical performances by the Nortorf carnival city guard and the hunting horn players from Langwedel. For the little guests there are games and a children's train, which ensures lots of fun. The lantern parade, which starts at 5 p.m. at Hagebaumarkt and is led by the Nortorfer Land fire brigade band, promises a magical experience under the evening sky.

Advent market in sight!

But that's not all! From November 29th to December 1st, the second Norddörp Advent market will open its doors after last year's great success. City marketing and the Trade, Crafts and Industry Association (VHHI) have mobilized numerous local actors to offer an unforgettable experience with delicacies, music and handicrafts. The market masters Robert Filipovic and Holger Bauer emphasize: “The event is organized by Nortorfern for Nortorfer!” A real highlight for the city!
