New crime councilor Deniz Özkan: strengthen security in the Hochsauerland!

A new star in the sky of the criminal police in the Hochsauerlandkreis! On November 5, 2024, Criminal Councilor Deniz Özkan was solemnly presented as the new director of crime. The event took place in the district house, where district administrator Dr. Karl Schneider and numerous high -ranking police officers, including former director Thomas Vogt, welcomed Özkan. After the recent changes in the management level, the management of the district police is now completely occupied again!

Özkan: A man with experience

Deniz Özkan has an impressive career. His journey began in Dortmund, where he mainly dealt with the football scene. He later worked in the State Office for Central Police Services NRW and was responsible for operations in the sports area. In October 2020, he started his four -year training for the higher police enforcement service, which includes a master's degree at the German University of the German University in Münster. During his studies, he was able to gain valuable insights from the district police authority in the Hochsauerlandkreis.

"As a native of Dortmund, I found my new home in the Sauerland a few years ago. Therefore, I am particularly pleased that I can now work at the security in the Hochsauerland district and bring my ideas here," said Özkan full of enthusiasm. With fresh wind and clear goals, he will now tackle the challenges of fighting crime in the Hochsauerlandkreis!
