Herne shocked!On Friday morning, November 1st, a brutal robbery occurred in Herne, which brought the police to the scene. At around 6:20 a.m., a 30-year-old from Herner was walking on the sidewalk on Poststrasse when he was suddenly approached by a group of four men. What happened next is shocking: the men attacked him without warning!
The brutal attack took place near Bahnhofstrasse when the young man was lying on the ground. He was kicked and the strangers didn't let him get away without his valuables - they stole his cell phone and cash! The perpetrators fled with the loot via Poststraße in the direction of Westring. During the fight scenes, the victim only suffered minor injuries, but this is unlikely to provide him with much consolation.

The police are looking for witnesses and give the following description of the suspects: All four perpetrators are male and appear to be of “Turkish” origin. Their age is estimated to be between 18 and 25 years old and they are around 175 to 180 cm tall. What was noticeable was that one man had a black “goatee” and everyone was dressed in dark clothing.
