In a scandalous incident at the Volme Gallery, a 34-year-old man caused a stir when he was caught not only shoplifting but also exposing his private parts on Tuesday, October 22nd! At 4:45 p.m., gallery employees informed police about the aggressive rioter who had apparently stolen a T-shirt from a clothing store.
