On the afternoon of October 29th, around 3:40 p.m., a terrible accident occurred when a 16-year-old scooter rider was seriously injured in a collision. The young man from Dortmund was traveling with a 17-year-old passenger when they drove behind a stopped car driven by the 60-year-old driver from Dortmund.
The driver had to stop at a traffic light, but the accident took its course: the scooter driver lost control, fell and slipped directly into the stationary vehicle.
