A festive foretaste of the Christmas season! Eight happy children from the Billerbeck children's group visited the Coesfeld district Advent market on Thursday, November 14th, 2024, which will open its doors from Saturday, November 16th, 2024 in the former Lammerding fashion store in Billerbeck. The little helpers were eager to decorate a magnificent Christmas tree that would make every visitor's heart beat faster.

With a lot of creativity and joy, the children made their own tree decorations in the daycare center. From sparkling beaded stars and baubles to intricately folded cardboard candles - everything matches the handmade products on offer at the market. As a sign of appreciation, district cultural officer Swenja Janning presented the children with delicious muffins and fresh tangerines. A truly magical experience that increases the anticipation of the contemplative time even further!
