From Saturday, November 16th, Bielefeld will be the venue for an exciting environmental event! The Bielefeld environmental company is taking part in the European Week for Waste Reduction and is sending a strong message against food waste. At the Kesselbrink, between 7 a.m. and 2 p.m., dedicated waste consultants are available to give valuable tips on how each individual can help reduce food waste. An important topic that affects us all!

But that's not all! After the weekly market, market traders will donate their leftover fruit and vegetables. This is a great opportunity to not only save the environment, but also save fresh, healthy food. On Saturday, November 23rd, the information stand will be on the Kesselbrink again and will inform the citizens of Bielefeld about further options for avoiding waste.
