Coercion on the A81: Police are looking for witnesses after a dangerous incident!

A dramatic incident on the A81 between Herrenberg and Gärtringen is causing a stir! On Monday morning, around 7:20 a.m., there was a coercion in traffic that called the police to the scene. A 48-year-old driver of a semi-trailer truck was driving near the Schönbuch-Ost service area when he suddenly found himself in a dangerous situation.

The tractor-trailer driver had just changed the right lane to allow four vehicles that were driving from the rest stop onto the highway to merge. But that wasn't the end of the story! A dark Porsche convertible, probably with a Leonberger license plate (LEO), raced in front of the tractor-trailer in the left lane and caused chaos. The driver of the Porsche accelerated recklessly and cut out the tractor-trailer driver, while a VW driver also cut in front of the Porsche. The result? The tractor-trailer had to brake abruptly and flashed its lights to draw attention to itself.

Police are looking for witnesses!

But that wasn't all! The Porsche driver was undeterred and slowed down the tractor-trailer driver before continuing towards Stuttgart. The Ludwigsburg traffic police station is now looking for witnesses who observed the incident. Anyone who can provide information about the vehicles or drivers involved is urged to call 0711 6869-0 or email stuttgart-vaihingen.vpi@polizei.bwl.de. A dangerous game on the highway that should not go without consequences!
