On the dark night of Saturday, between 2 and 3 a.m., a 16-year-old from Dinklage experienced a nightmare on Dinklager Strasse in Lohne. On his Pedelec, which was supposed to take him safely through the streets, he suddenly became the target of brazen robbers! A passing car stopped and what happened next is shocking.
Three masked men jumped out of the vehicle and brutally pushed the unsuspecting teenager to the ground. Faced with a bold demand for cash, the boy had no choice but to hand over his money. As soon as he handed over the requested sum, the perpetrators fled into the night in a small car - and disappeared without a trace. The Vechta police have been alerted and are urgently looking for witnesses who can provide information on 04441/9430.
