Northeim Citizens' Workshop: Design the mobility of tomorrow!
Northeim Citizens' Workshop: Design the mobility of tomorrow!
In Northeim, citizens stand in the starting blocks for a pioneering mobility project! On Thursday, November 7th, the city invites you to the town hall from 6 p.m. to collect the ideas and wishes of the population for future -proof mobility. All Northeimers should actively take part in the citizens' workshop to give up their vote and demand changes. A clear call to everyone: bring in your suggestions!
committed citizens wanted!
The event is carried out in various thematic working groups, where important aspects are to be developed in two and a half hours. But be careful: the places are limited to 50 people! If you come too late, you may have to give way to the lottery procedure, you should be higher than the available places.
Registrations are accepted both by email to the planning office and directly from Patrick Ronnenberg. This revolves around a climate -friendly, citizen -friendly and future -proof traffic design. The city of Northeim, in collaboration with IGES Mobility, pulls all the registers: bike path expansion, better public transport and efficient traffic management are just a few of the desired goals.
Another event element will follow in the near future, which should also include public and private actors. The mobility concept is expected to be completed in the middle of next year, with the first measures that are to be implemented as soon as possible. This requires commitment and creativity from the Northeimers - so take part and design the future of mobility in your city!
