Stelle celebrates goal festival: 4:1 against bottom team Böhme!
An exciting weekend in the Lüneburg women's regional league! ATSV Schasto triumphed 2-0 in the top game against Oste/Oldendorf and thus secured a place at the top of the table. The goals were scored by Mercedes Feierabend and Sophia Reiß, which catapulted Schasto into second place, just three points behind league leaders Eintracht Lüneburg.
But that wasn't all! TSV Stelle celebrated an impressive win against SV Böhme, who are at the bottom of the table. After a goalless first half, Stelle's players ignited the turbo and scored four goals in just 30 minutes. Wiebke Suhr was only able to reduce the score to 1:4 for Böhme. This win moves Stelle up to eighth place and gives the team much-needed points in the relegation battle.
Living on a downward trend
Meanwhile, Eintracht Lüneburg remains unbeaten and leads the table with 24 points after nine games. Selina-Marie Schulz shines with two goals and leads the top scorers list with a total of 15 goals. Apensen, on the other hand, remains in tenth place and cannot continue her three-game unbeaten streak. The tension in the league remains high and the teams are fighting for every point!
