The Musim Mas Group has achieved a spectacular success: with a sensational overall score of 9.3 out of 10, the company has catapulted itself to the top of the Global Child Forum Benchmark for 2024! This makes Musim Mas one of the five best companies in the world that are concerned with the implementation of children's rights and family-friendly practices. This outstanding result demonstrates the Group's unwavering commitment to the well-being of children and the communities in which it operates.
Last year, Musim Mas set standards with 8.7 points and has significantly improved in crucial areas - such as the workplace. The company scored 10 out of 10 for its rigorous policies that promote child-safe and family-friendly work environments. The rating in the corporate governance category jumped from 9.4 to a straight 10 and reflects robust corporate governance and cooperation in the area of children's rights. Musim Mas has established measures for accepting complaints so that both internal and external stakeholders are heard.

In Indonesia, Musim Mas provides 47 childcare centers, eleven kindergartens and 14 free schools for the families of its employees.
