The Hanseatic city of Stralsund is preparing for an exciting and culturally diverse December 2024 program that promises local and national highlights. Music lovers can look forward to a visit from the popular Dirk Michaelis, who will present his Christmas tour on December 19th and 20th in the Kulturkirche St. Jakobi with his guest Joro Gogow from CITY. The “Christmas Rock Night 2024” in the Anker workshop provides entertainment on Christmas Day, while New Year's Eve is celebrated with a big dance event in the Old Brewery News.de reported.

Cultural diversity in Stralsund

In addition to the musical events, the Theater Vorpommern offers an intensive program with impressive performances that are characterized by their tradition. On December 17th there will be a Christmas concert under the motto “Classic meets Christmas” in the Stralsund Theater. Theatergoers can also experience “Orpheus in the Underworld” and “Christmas – The Ballet” on several days before the year ends with the Puccini Gala (December 29th).
