Marcus Marsall stays: Lindau Islanders rely on continuity!

A big step for the EV Lindau Islanders! The 34-year-old striker Marcus Marsall has extended his contract early and remains a key player at Lake Constance. “Marcus immediately fit in well and met our expectations,” praises sporting director Milo Markovic. Fans can rejoice because Marsall will be on the ice for the Islanders next season!

The decision to extend the contract early shows confidence in Marsall's abilities. In just 15 games of the current season, the striker has already scored an impressive 17 points - almost as many as in the previous two full seasons in Memmingen. With 14 assists, he is not only a goalscorer, but also a team player who has made a name for himself among fans through hard work and an easy-going attitude.

A player with passion

“Right from the start, I could sense a great deal of trust from those responsible,” says Marsall about the contract extension. His enthusiasm for the team and the city of Lindau is obvious. “Working with a lot of passion in and around the team here in Lindau made it easy for me to want to continue on this path,” he adds. With this decision, the Islanders are sending a strong signal and showing that they rely on continuity and team spirit.
