On October 20th, the city center of Höxter will be transformed into a magical fairytale landscape when the 29th Fairytale Sunday is celebrated. Between 1 p.m. and 6 p.m., young and old can look forward to a colorful program. Visitors have the opportunity to experience fairytale games such as “Frau Holle” and “Hansel and Gretel” and can also enjoy the puppet theater and the fairy tales. There will be lots of activities for the children, such as face painting, a bouncy castle and a bungee trampoline to pass the time in a playful way. The local shops are also taking part and are open, while walking acts, including the well-known fairy tale characters Hansel and Gretel, will make your eyes light up and provide photo opportunities. The event is organized by the Höxter advertising association and ceremoniously opened by Mayor Daniel Hartmann.
