New nursing home in Wächtersbach: Opening for April planned!
Wächtersbach-Waldensberg. (APZ), which citizens informed about the impressive development of the new senior residence. This 14th facility, the Waldensberg house, is about to complete! Stefan Sorber, the head of the real estate management, announced that the outdoor facilities will be designed in the next week. The completion is planned for the end of this year and the furniture will begin in January.
The opening of the house, which includes three living groups with 12 spacious single rooms, modern kitchen and an inviting common room, is sought for early April or May. Each room, equipped with its own bathroom, offers a lot of space with 24 square meters and is located on the ground floor, where the large common room is also intended for social gatherings of the residents. An innovative solar system on the roof will cover a large part of the energy requirement, while 23.4 positions for the care and care of the residents are planned. An open house will give the citizens the opportunity to take a look inside before the opening.
Construction of the cycle path network is imminent!
But that's not all! Carsten Spellig reported that the tender for the new cycle path network on the plate is already in full swing. After the receipt has arrived, the construction can start in five sections this year! The three -meter -wide, paved paths are not only equipped for leisure traffic, but also for agricultural purposes with fortified banquets. The construction period is expected to take seven to nine months, and the city of Wächtersbach even plans to improve the paved path on its district.
In Waldensberg, on the other hand, there are still no prospective customers to establish a district heating network, which stimulates the local advisory board for further information talks. The modernization of the village community center is also on the agenda, since the 100,000 euros intended in the household are not sufficient. Mayor Anja Piston-Eurger suggests founding a working group to examine possible personal contributions. So the region remains in motion, with many exciting developments in the pipeline!
