Mindfulness seminar in Fulda: Free yourself from old beliefs!
A special constellation seminar based on the Life Integration Process (LIP) will take place in Fulda on the weekend of November 2nd to 3rd. Dagmar Wegendt, an experienced seminar leader from Weimar, will guide the participants through this intensive process. Wegendt is not only a qualified art therapist, but also an MBSR mindfulness trainer and consciousness coach, and has more than 20 years of experience in therapeutic work.
The seminar is an opportunity for everyone who would like to delve deeper into the topic of constellation work. Each participant has the opportunity to bring up a personal concern in order to analyze what needs special attention in their lives in a dialogic process with Wegendt. The basic philosophy of the seminar is to lovingly accept what has happened and to be open to what the participants want to discover within themselves.
Meaning and purpose of the seminar
The seminar provides a valuable opportunity for self-exploration and growth. Wegendt explains that participants often notice how their joy in life returns through the type of “seeing and letting it work”. This often reveals itself in a deeper insight into biographical experiences and their impact on current life. A central element is the permission to let go of old, burdensome beliefs - a step that many find extremely liberating.
Participants are encouraged to engage in mindfulness that opens up space for personal experiences and to look at what they are living in the moment. This form of constellation work often creates new perspectives on problems or symptoms that exert their influence from one's own childhood into adulthood. The seminar leader describes how this healing work can have a special effect, allowing the participants to not only relax, but also find deeper solutions to their issues.
The seminar will take place on November 2nd from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and on November 3rd from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Fulda Family School, Gallasiniring 30, 36043 Fulda.
