Felix Gerstmayer, a 21-year-old midfielder, is moving to Linz from SV Grün-Weiß Micheldorf, a club in the Upper Austrian League. Gerstmayer signed a contract until 2026 and will also play as a cooperation player for SV Wallern in the Regionalliga Mitte. Sporting director Christoph Schößwendter was positive about Gerstmayer's abilities in central midfield, suggesting a promising future.
