"The coming days are mostly sunny, with occasional clouds and foggy morning hours. However, there is no rain," she explains. But be careful - the weather has a surprise in a flash!

Frost instead of autumn heat

At the weekend it gets serious: an arctic cold front moves across Germany and brings a drastic lowering of temperature. "The nights are noticeably colder and there is the possibility that we will experience slight frost for the first time this autumn," warns Schrey. So drivers should prepare for the use of the ice scraper!

The question remains: is winter ahead of us soon? Weather experts give all -clear. "In the long term, the forecasts show no fundamental changes. The high -pressure area remains stable, which means that dry weather with sun and fog awaits us even in the coming weeks," said Schrey. So for all winter fans it means: to be patient, because the first snow is still a long time coming!
