Here, an aptitude test can be not only advisable, but even essential to ensure the safety of everyone involved. If the employer has concerns about whether an employee is able to perform their job safely due to their physical or mental condition, they could order an appropriate test.
It is important to note that employees in jobs that require an aptitude test can refuse it, but must also face the consequences. A rejection often means that they can no longer carry out their work. These rules and regulations are intended to ensure that only the most suitable people are employed in safety-related jobs.
