TikTok post: Police search 14-year-old's house in Bavaria!
A house search of a 14-year-old boy in Bavaria causes a stir! On the morning of December 6th, when many children were expecting their Santa boot, police officers suddenly knocked on the family's door. The reason: A TikTok post that contained the phrase “Everything for Germany,” which was once used by the SA during the Nazi era. This statement brought the young person into the criminal police's sights because it was suspected that he had used the symbols of unconstitutional organizations, which violates Section 86a of the Criminal Code. The whole exciting story was told by Apollo News reported.
The young TikTok user, who shared the hashtag "AllesfürDeutschland" twice on his channel "deutscher.patriot1161", denies any guilt - he did not know that the phrase was banned. But the judiciary saw it differently! The search warrant stated that the measure was “proportionate” given the seriousness of the crime. During the search, the investigators not only searched the boy's room, but also that of his older brother, who was not mentioned at all in the decision. Various personal items, such as documents, telephone numbers and email addresses, were photographed. The 16-year-old brother's cell phone was also confiscated.
Shock and incomprehension among the family
The whole event was obviously a shock for the family. The brothers have never appeared before the police. They are now considering taking legal action to defend themselves against the allegations. The case once again illustrates the fine line between the use of online platforms and the legal consequences that can be associated with it.
And the story becomes even more explosive: The famous Thuringian AfD chairman Björn Höcke was recently sentenced to fines in two trials - he had also used the controversial phrase “Everything for Germany” at AfD events. It turns out that this slogan is a hot potato that can not only lead to drastic measures against minors, but also affects prominent politicians.
Although the Source of Nius is currently inaccessible due to technical problems, the whole operation raises questions: Was the search really necessary, or could there have been alternative measures to handle this case differently?
One thing is for sure: the small actions on social media can have big consequences - and sometimes you only find out when the police knock on the door!
