The evening begins, the door opens at seven - and soon the “Black Sheep” is filled to capacity! Particularly popular is the “drink of the week”, which is drunk quickly and for which Sven Goller, who was honored by a jury of 400 bar professionals, always conjures up new, delicious creations. The success story of Alina Bazen
For Alina Bazen, who is starting out as a newcomer, it wasn't always clear that she would be behind the counter. She originally planned to study, but the bar quickly won her over with her creative talent and sense of flavors. “I experimented with spirits and it was worth it,” she enthuses. Her creations delight guests and show that fresh vegetables – such as fennel and beetroot – in combination with all sorts of other ingredients can lead to sensational cocktails.
While the bar has been around for over twelve years and has won multiple awards, the focus remains on the most important thing: the well-being of the guests. The colorful mix of students, young adults and older guests reflects the special ambience that “The Black Sheep” exudes.
