First joint spring program of the VHS: Education for everyone!

The Rhön-Grabfeld gGmbH adult education center has presented its first joint spring program. The courses are offered at the locations in Mellrichstadt, Bad Neustadt, Bad Königshofen, Ostheim and Münnerstadt.

Bookings for the courses start on January 11th, 2025, while the 114-page program will be distributed to all households in the district on January 12th. Around 650 modules are already available online on the website die-vhs.de can be viewed.

Those interested can benefit from an early bird discount of 10%, which is valid until January 24, 2025. Citizens of the shareholder communities also receive a 5% discount on many events. The vhs management team consists of Florian Schmitt, Renate Knaut and Dr. Kai Uwe Tap together. A total of 37 municipalities from the Rhön-Grabfeld and Bad Kissingen districts have joined the new vhs.

The new adult education center aims to offer more transparency and create a more extensive educational offering for work and society. Another focus is on children and young people's education, supported by existing offerings such as the Children's University. The vhs is the leading education provider in the Rhön-Grabfeld district and the eastern Bad Kissingen district, with a diverse program that is geared to the needs of citizens and covers topics such as careers, languages, health, basic education, society and culture.
