Deggendorf, Deutschland - A top-class football Saturday! In the Landesliga Mitte, things really got down to business on the 19th matchday. While TSV Seebach delighted the audience with an impressive 5-0 win against Bad Kötzting, the game between SpVgg Grün-Weiß Deggendorf and FC Amberg caused plenty of excitement. A total of 18 goals scored in five games that day, but the curious scenes in Deggendorf stole the show!
referee Fabian Hegener had his hands full and distributed a red card and four time penalties - and all of this in favor of the Amberger! Andreas Schäfer, the sporting director of the Deggendorfer, gave his resentment free: "A wild game with an absolutely one -sided referee performance, unfortunately you have to address that tough today!" The Deggendorfer were the clearly better team in the first half, but after the punishments Amberg was able to achieve the equalization and thus secured a point.
Seebach shines with a canter victory
In contrast, the performance of TSV Seebach was a real football festival! Player coach Sandro Nickl praised the compact defensive and the aggressive pressing of his team: "The requirement was to stand compact at the back and to open the opponent at the front. We implemented that well and deserves five goals!" A victory that underlines the team's ambitions and had the fans cheer.
Benjamin Urban, coach of SC Luhe-Wildenau, was also satisfied with the course of his game, which he won 4-2 against SpVgg Lam. "An absolutely deserved victory, even in height," he summed up after the game. In the meantime, Dingolfing and Ettmannsdorf continue to march in the table. The tension in the Landesliga Mitte is increasing and the fans can look forward to the next gripping games!
