Graduates of the ESB Business School: Start of a sustainable future!
Reutlingen, Deutschland - A festive graduation ceremony recently took place in Reutlingen, which was dedicated to 285 newly baked graduates of the ESB Business School. This event celebrated an important phase of life for the students who are now starting the professional future. Friends, families and numerous guests of honor took part and experienced the joy and pride of the graduates together. The traditional hat throw at the end of the ceremony was a highlight, while the celebration offered a combination of emotional moments, musical interludes and inspiring speeches.
The keynote speaker Julia Ruf, partner at the renowned auditing company KPMG AG, inspired those present with their own experiences. She spoke about the mixed feelings that she had when she was completed: joy, relief, but also uncertainty. Her message was clear: "Career is not a sprint, but a marathon. Start where you are and implement what you have learned." This perspective motivated the graduates to face the challenges of the labor market.
challenges for the graduates
In his speech,Mayor Thomas Keck emphasized that the new graduated is able to change the world positively. "They are well prepared in order not only to master the future, but also actively shape it," said Keck. Also Prof. Dr. Hendrik Brumme, President of the Reutlingen University of Applied Sciences, found that the graduates expect great challenges, but are well prepared thanks to the well -founded training.
A humorous review came from Prof. Dr. Markus Conrads, the Dean of the ESB. He reminded the graduates of the efforts during their studies, including demanding exams and the challenges of creating written work in foreign languages. Despite these hurdles, there were also times full of freedoms and carefree experiences.
The graduation ceremony all overturned into an atmosphere of joy and hope. With the ceremony, not only a degree was celebrated, but also the beginning of many careers in which the graduates can bring in their new skills and perspectives. The 285 graduates, surrounded by around 750 guests, let their hats fly into the air with a collective outcry, which symbolically heralded the new phase of life. A festival that will be remembered for a long time and celebrated the diverse possibilities that lie in front of the graduates.
