Arrest in Kehl: Wanted criminal caught with counterfeit banknotes!
Throat is the focus of attention! A spectacular arrest rocked the city yesterday when the Franco-German Service Unit pulled out a wanted criminal. This criminal rascal, a 41-year-old man from Cameroon, was caught in the ICE on the connection from Paris to Karlsruhe. All of this happened within the framework of the temporarily reintroduced internal border controls, which focus on protecting the borders!
The man had more than just an unpleasant passport - he was on the list of wanted people for serious document forgery! In addition to an existing arrest warrant, he was banned from entering Germany until 2028. That's not all: When searching his personal belongings, the officers found a counterfeit banknote in his wallet. This was immediately secured, which represents another low point in his criminal career!
After the arrest drama
After all police measures have been completed, the man now faces a prison sentence of 44 days. The offense, the counterfeit banknote and the arrest warrant are probably the reason for his now well-deserved time behind Swedish curtains. With this enforcement, the Offenburg Federal Police Inspectorate has once again demonstrated its important role in combating crime and protecting citizens.
