• "Coe48" (center) : residential and commercial project with 19 rental apartments and areas for trade.

In addition to the architecture, Berlin is a dynamic center for culture and business. According to HGK Berlin , the challenges of the city are characterized, among other things, by rising rental prices, especially in Kreuzberg and Neukölln, while the gentrification displaces long -established residents. The rental cover was canceled by the constitutional court in 2021, which led to social tensions. Nevertheless, Berlin continues to attract investors and promotes start-ups and technology companies. Among other things, the city is planning a comprehensive expansion of the infrastructure, the construction of new apartments and the promotion of digital technologies to ensure sustainable urban development.
