• „The Franz“ (Friedrichshain): Ein Wohnquartier mit 160 Eigentumswohnungen und einem neuen Lebensmittelmarkt.
• „PETRI Berlin“ (Petriplatz, Mitte): Neubau eines Archäologischen Hauses, die Eröffnung ist für 2025 geplant.
• Büroneubau (Mariannenstraße, Kreuzberg): Neubau der Ideal Versicherung und Modernisierung des Skalitzer Parks.
• Gedenkstätte Haus der Wannsee-Konferenz: Erweiterung mit einem neuen Seminarhaus und einem jüdischen Café.
• „Buckower Felder“ (Neukölln): Insgesamt 900 Wohnungen fertiggestellt, das Erstbezug wurde gefeiert.
• Franz-Mehring-Platz (Friedrichshain): Der Umbau ist abgeschlossen, der Platz hat eine multifunktionale Nutzung.
